With more than 40 years post-Master’s clinical experience, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist adult clients in identifying and changing unhelpful patterns in their lives. His practice focuses on issues related to depression, anxiety, panic and adult ADHD.

Patrick was graduated from Columbia University, The School of Social Work (NYC, New York) and holds post-Masters certificates in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT). He has studied Mindfulness at the Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University (UK).

In addition to his clinical work, was an Adjunct Instructor, Faculty of Social work @ The University of Calgary for 10 years. He taught psychotherapy related courses. Patrick is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW). In this capacity he provides clinical supervision for advanced practice credentials.

Tanya Kahanoff BSc., M.A. is a Registered Psychologist with more than 17 years post-Masters counselling experience. Tanya was graduated with a Bachelors degree in Family Resources and Human Development from Arizona State University. She went on to pursue a Master Degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle in 2006.

Tanya’s cross-sectoral experience includes executive leadership and governance within the non-profit sector,  development and integration of a clinical framework for an innovative community agency, direct clinical practice working in a school for students with learning disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), as well direct clinic work providing assessment, therapy, and consultation for complex presenting issues with, adults, adolescents, and children.

Tanya works full time in her private practice. Previously she worked full-time at an out-patient adult clinic in the Department of Psychiatry at the Foothills Medical Centre. Tanya has gained invaluable experience through working within a multidisciplinary team. She has expanded her knowledge with all issues, especially surrounding ADHD including medication, related sensory problems, workplace, education and learning concerns, as well as relationship and family issues.  Areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, workplace challenges, and ADHD.

Kirsten Nelson is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. She is currently in her Doctorate of Social Work degree which focuses on Clinical Trauma interventions and Leadership specializations.

When she completes her DSW degree, she plans to teach at the University level while continuing her clinical practice. Kirsten practices from a trauma-informed approach and utilizes therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye-Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Her specific interests and experiences have been focused on treating clients who have experienced PTSD, with emphasis in the areas of sexual assault, sexual abuse, violence, family related concerns, pre-natal complications and maternal losses. Additionally, she has experience working with clients experiencing complex symptoms from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depressive Disorders and General Anxiety Disorder.

Kirsten has a passion for further education and supervision of students. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and being as active as possible. At least a few times a year, she likes to train for a few different races, such as 5km road races or trail races. She grew up in a small community and was heavily involved in many sports throughout her young life. She also played a few competitive sports at the University level for 5 years. Deanna Picklyk is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals and groups on their journeys toward healing, growth, and wellbeing. She works collaboratively with adults to help them better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Deanna provides compassionate, personalized care for a wide range of concerns, including trauma recovery, grief and bereavement, anxiety and depression, occupational burnout, menopause and midlife mental health, first responder mental health, and major life transitions such as relationship changes, career shifts, parenthood, illness, and retirement. She also offers support in the growing field of psychedelic-assisted therapy, including preparation and integration.

At the heart of Deanna’s work is a collaborative, strengths-based approach that honours each person’s unique story and adapts to meet them where they are. Christine Turner is a Registered Psychologist. She specializes in the areas of Psycho-Educational Assessments and ADHD Assessments. Additionally Christine provides individual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adolescents and adults. Christine’s passion and expertise is working with those who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, and emotional regulation.

Before becoming a Registered Psychologist, Christine worked as an educator. In her 25+ years working in the school system, Christine worked as a classroom teacher, a special education teacher and a school counsellor. With her calm, relaxed and approachable style, Christine works with everyone to help them build strengths and attain personal growth.
